1.) SUBMIT YOUR SCREENING FORM

We ask that you submit your screening form with full honesty. Please allow 48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your application. We take this step very seriously to ensure proper placement between puppy and home.

2.) REVIEW OUR CONTRACT

We ask that you look over our contract while your application is under review. We want you to understand our contract and be prepared if your application is approved. When we contact you, please ask questions if any arise! If your application is accepted, we will send you our contract to be signed and returned before pickup.

3.) SUBMIT CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Your screening form has been approved and contract signed! We will then consult with you on which litter would be the best fit for you and why! We want to make sure we are pairing puppies with the lifestyle that will suit them. This deposit will be specific to litter, gender, and preferred coat color. In the event there is no availability for confirmed litters we will place you on a general waitlist. At which point we will stay in contact and keep you updated!

4.) WAITING...!

I know, this is the hard part! Everything is official, and the waiting and preparing of your home begins! Our number one priority is the health of the momma throughout her pregnancy; all focus will be on her and ensuring she gets everything she needs. Once we believe labor is upon us we will be updating social media and our (very patient) families! At this time we will be caring for the newborns, monitoring all life, collars assigned, and many other details. Understand the health of mom and babies is now our priority and we will not be available to answer all questions that are coming in. Please be patient with us, we will keep socials updated as we can! This is very tiresome for all involved, so please be kind and courteous. As puppies grow we will keep you updated with photos and videos continuously. We ask that you please do not try to come visit before pick up day unless scheduled with us. We raise our dogs in our home along side our own children. We want to keep our kids safe, and puppies healthy, as there are many illnesses you could unknowingly carry in. We do everything we can to make sure all our dogs stay healthy and free off illness. We do not allow other animals or pets onto our property for safety and health reasons.

5.) PERSONALITY TESTING

At week 7 we start doing final evaluations for each puppy's personality. Puppies will be evaluated while being introduced to water, wings, bumpers, and sounds. At 8 weeks we will be evaluating conformation as some puppies are also placed into performance homes or keepers to better our program. These performance homes include showing, hunting, dock diving, or service. This is how we ensure each puppy is placed in a home that is best suited for them.

6.) GOING HOME!

Our puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age, this is to ensure evaluations are complete and they are seen by a Veterinarian at 8 weeks. We welcome all families to our home to pick up, or we have an amazing ground transport! Payment in full must be completed before pick up OR shipping/transport. You will get a folder with all health records.

You will have 48 hours from pick up or delivery day to take your puppy to a legal and licensed veterinarian to keep any health guarantee in place. Please send us a copy of the visit and notes to us so we can keep it on file with all health guarantees.
